Kentwell Hall is one of England’s finest Tudor houses and has been an ongoing restoration project since the current owners acquired it in 1970.
Over 50 years of restoration have passed, and works continue to this day.
The House is a Sixteenth Century Manor House with many rooms open to view. It is a family home, rather than a ‘stately home’! Tudor Portraits, interesting furniture and artifacts, and historic tapestries make this a family home with a difference.
The House and the Fifteenth Century Moat House form a beautiful backdrop to over thirty acres of gardens. From formal beds to wildflower meadows, the beauty of the gardens is reflected in the waters of the moats surrounding the House.
Coach parties are welcome and Kentwell Hall offer discounts for pre-booked groups of more than 15 people to the House and Gardens, and to their special events.
Exclusive Guided Tours can also be offered for groups at times when they are not otherwise open, for groups of at least 25 people.
