North Wales in Readiness for UK travel Trade

Llandudno Anticipating April Showcase.

Group travel organisers looking forward to their special 6-10 April tourism showcase in North Wales are sure to feel a hearty Croeso!

The North Wales and Snowdonia Educational visit has been commissioned by Daish’s Holidays – a well-known national hotel, tour and holiday company. Organised by UK travel trade specialists Steve Reed Tourism Ltd from Hampshire, the event will feature coach tours of several iconic attractions, destinations and scenic experiences.

Daish’s has 12 hotels in 10 resorts around the UK, and the April event showcases the popular Somerset Hotel, which is beautifully situated on the seafront at Llandudno.

The GTOS and tour operators attending this set piece will enjoy familiarisation trips to attractions such as the spectacular Snowdon Mountain Railway, The glorious National Trust Bodnant Garden and, courtesy of *Cadw, the incredible Conway Castle and the majestic Beaumaris Castle. The delegates will also enjoy a tour of the Llanberis Pass, taking in Betws-y-Coed.

”We’re so pleased to introduce this part of North Wales to the group organisers and to let them see for themselves how a visit there really does make for a great group tour,’ says Martin Jenkins of Daish’s Holidays.‘’

”For this event, there are only a couple of places left for organisers if anyone would like to join us, and these will soon be snapped up. The attendees will enjoy four night’s accommodation at the hotel, which includes breakfasts, dinners and entertainment every night.”

Daish’s next events include a special group travel day at Trentham Gardens on June 9th and Weston-super-Mare from September 19 to 22.
