Serco NorthLink Ferries welcomed its 200,000th passenger of the year onboard the MV Hamnavoe.
The momentous milestone marks the first time in NorthLink Ferries’ eleven-year history that 200,000 passengers have travelled on the Stromness-Scrabster route in one year.
As a token of NorthLink Ferries’ appreciation, on Friday, 8 December 2023, the 200,000th passenger, Margaret Ross, was presented with a bottle of champagne and complimentary travel vouchers.
NorthLink Ferries is also projected to reach another record-breaking milestone this month (December), anticipating it will carry its 400,000th passenger across all NorthLink Ferries routes. Could you be the lucky 400,000th passenger?
